Respectfully means politely.

He respectfully requested that the children not walk on his lawn.

Respectively means in the order named.

John, Peter, and Bob won $100, $200, and $300, respectively, at the casino.

This sentence informs us that John won $100, Peter won $200, and Bob won $300.
